Morning Hellopeter helped me to reach Mondo after I told my story about getting ****med and a investigation was done and in result a employee was at fault. But when Mondo need to resolve me problem with MTN and we talking months I've been waiting and they did give me a reference number which mtn says theres nothing under that reference that I should get my refund. Mondo and mtn have been playing with my time and money making long calls even after Hellopeter stepped in nothing was resolved. I'm asking again if Hellopeter can help me resolve this issue.
