Bad service

The driver called me atb14h22 and told me that he was still in Kokstad. He told me that he was not familier with the area, then I told him when he's in town he should call again I will direct him and send a location. He wanted me to come to town and collect my parcel, I told him I could. The driver who was so rude with a bad attitude as well told me that he would not come to deliver the parcel to me unless I come and collect it in town because he was busy working and behind time already. I was suprised because if I was supposed to be on his desired space only suitable for him at the time desired to him, he was also supposed to be able to deliver to the address he was sent to deliver to. It is not the first time being served by DSV but I've never received this treatment. So, in short, I didn't get my parcel because the driver never called again. I have sent this message to the sender as well to complain for bad service, since I have already paid for the service I haven't got.
