Almost 5 consultant answered my phone but no assist

I called them to change the device that i said i needed because i saw that i made a mistake when i got home. They told me that they will amend it and when i called again today for the 5th time I was told it won't be possible i had to call their contract because i can't pay for something that I do not like.
