WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!?

<p> I have been noticing very suspicious activity on my bank statement over the past couple of months- a number of debits for things called “phonebox” and “techtrace” among others. When I queried this at my bank they directed me to this bunch. I have never heard of you and have never subscribed to receive any of your services. What you have been doing absolutely amounts to ***** and theft! How did you even get into my bank account?</p> <p>I called your company a few weeks back and was informed that the debits might be as a result of a “mistake” when entering the banking details of another customer and that I would be contacted regarding the way forward. I’ve seen this same story on hellopeter and other sites regarding your company and I find it very strange that this “mistake” is occurring as regularly. Still waiting to be called back. Tried calling myself- either the call dies or I cannot be helped because the “system is offline.”</p> <p>If I do not get reimbursed and the debit orders do not stop I can assure you that I will take this further- whether it be to the authorities or to the newspapers.</p>
