WAITING FOR PUK NUMBER FOR 2 MONTHS

Hi <br> <br> My name is Thabang, I have been waiting for my PUK number since from 15 February 2016. I called the Head Office line even the Customer care and all the consultants keeps on saying the will submit the claim to MTN the last I called was on the 08th April and I was promised that by the end of that day or the following I will get my PUK. I think Mobile-plus it is not treat its customers well or its only me who doesn't get better treatment.
