Useless after sales and support!!!!!

Horrible and regretting using them to upgrade my MTN account. Phone came out the box with issue. Report this withing 3 days. Took the phone to and MTN store as requested. Just to find out it will take them - Mobiles Plus - 30 to 90 days to replace this phone. But I have to open a whole new contract. Plus if I don't want it and cancel they will charge me the full cost of the phone even tho I don't even have it and it's with MTN. More then useless. Dont waist your time and money.
