Unwanted communication from Mobile Plus

I received a phone call from a call centre agent asking whether I have prepaid or on a contract basis with my mobile network. No where in the conversation did I agree to receive any sort of communication from your company. Once the phone call ended I received a sms Thanking me for my interest and will be keeping me updated on specials!!! This is not the way your company should be operating. I do not want to be associated with Mobile Plus!!!!! Remove me immediately from your mailing list and remove mobile number from your contact list!
