Unsolicited contact

I received an unsolicited phone call from Mobileplus and declined their offer, yet still received a notification sms thanking me for my interest (I said NO) and informing me that they would contact me again in future. Which part of \NO\" did you not understand?! And under the new consumer laws, are you even allowed to contact customers if they have not agreed to such contact? At least allow customers to opt out of future contact, but you offer no such option. Which means that you will be bothering me again in future. From a private number that I cannot even block! Unacceptable"
