Unprofessional service

<p>3 weeks ago I had a consultant call me regarding a contract. To cut a long story short, its been 3 weeks and I dont have a final answer whether my contract was approved or not. Today I called and after losing my temper because again my query will be escalated, I spoke to team leader Clinton who knows nothing about customer services. He didn't bother listening telling me to lower my voice before speaking to him. I have since cancelled and he nonchalantly said "ok". Really? Is that how a customer is treated?. A waste of time. I would like someone to call me immediately or else I will go to the highest authority to complain. </p>
