UNHAPPY

Been trying to cancel a phone contract for 3 months now. I am losing over R1000 a month because they keep saying the will get back to me and they do not. They keep sending me back to MTN and MTN sends me back to them. Phone was meant to be delivered but never arrived and now there is no trace of the phone. Phone was arranged to be delivered 3 times over and never was delivered.

The people who I have spoken to have been so unproffessional and lack people skills it is unreal. I am very unsatisfied and would love my money back as this is now becoming far too time consuming!
