unauthorized debits

<p>i had a contract with mobile which it was terminated lastyear november without my knowledge and MTN alloacted the number to someone else . i called their support on the 15th of lasth month and they said they cancelled debit orders and it wont happen . i want my refund for the past 6 months and also the relationship with them to be terminated </p> <p>number : ********** 895</p> <p>Ref :MP ********** -1</p>

I have received a call from shanel , whom advised that my has been removed from the debit order list and they have processed a refund of R234 which might appear before the end of this week or next week

She was of great assistance
