Unauthorized Debit Orders from Mobile Plus

<p>I got called by phone finder after putting an order for an LG G2 Mini phone , the order was subsequently cancelled by MTN after they called me to tell me they no longer had the phone.</p> <p> On the day the woman from Mobile Plus called me about my order, I can remember from the telephone call I indicated to her from the moment she started talking about the extra services that Mobile Plus offers I told her I’m not interested and I don’t need these extras services. Unfortunately that that didn’t stop her and she proceeded to explain the additional services and her reasoning was that although I wasn’t interested she was obliged to explain them to me. Still under the impression that she understood I was never interested in these I let her speak.</p> <p> The next thing on the 25th Aug 2016 I’m getting 4 debit order for services I dint even subscribe for. I have requested the bank reverses all these debit orders and now I have to go through the trouble of cancelling services that I never agreed to in the first place.</p> <p> My request to you now is that you must investigate why I ended up with unwarranted debit orders and make sure these services are cancelled against my name.</p>
