Terribile service!

I have a number ***) which is suppose to be serviced by Mtn, as far I know. <br> I lost my phone a couple of weeks back and now I want a sim swap, I have been into the Mtn stores, which say they can't call me, I also went Edgars and was also advised that sim swaps cannot be done there aswell and I would need to call you guys, which I have done and spoke to several agents and they all have different stories as what I can do to get a sim swap. I have been sent around and told to go to the Mtn and buy a new blank contract sim card and when I get there, I'm told it can't be done. So till now I don't have a sim card and I want my flipping number back, cause whatever is giong on between mobile plus and Mtn is ****ing with my life and time, if you guys can't do my request, then cancel the number and release it, so I can join another network, that knows what it's doing. <br> <br>
