Stinking attitude from your agent's.

Dear Mobilesplus,please train your call centre agents on the importance of communicating politely with potential customers. I got a call from a lady by the name of PORTIA who tried explaining a certain promotion and i politely told her,`thank you for the call but I'm not interested`.The next thing she was rude and asked what am I thanking her for? I don't appreciate such ****py behaviour especially when I say that I'm not interested ina promotion. I've had a bad experience with Mobilesplus before and history is repeating itself. Please train your agent's so we can take you seriously.
