Still waiting responce on cancellation logged

Mobile plus is not returning any calls when calling the call centre the phone keeps on getting cut not sure if they put me om mute or if the hang up, that is what has been happening the past few day, last week i called to follow up on the cancellation a lady by the name on Ntombi said her team leader will call me back (Joselynn or sumthing like dat), im still waiting for the call, i then called again she avised that they need the IME number *** and package number Rtt:Of*** Parcel:0001 of 0001, and she will cal me back the next dat as i did not have the details, she didnt call me back and i called again, i spoke to Spelele which he advised that he will ask Ntombi to call me back im still waiting, today again i called, spoke to Ntombi the call got cut not sure what happended, call again spoke to Spelele he was not helpfull and made a mockery out of the situation as i had pronounced her name incorrectly, however the call got cut again, still waiting for the team leader to call, i have logged a cancellation due to the bad service that i have been getting, they deducting my account and im not even using the phone, no-one is able to help, ime and package number updated
