Shocking Service

So disappointed going through Mobilesplus to do my MTN upgrade. Besides waiting forever for the phone - they are now disputing the LTE vs 5G phone - who still sells LTE today. Then they promised ear pods and this didnt materialise. And trying to reach them is a nightmare. Only to receive an email today to advise me that they client service agent is no longer assigned to my enquiry. i need to contact the Customer Services depart to start all over again!! Does MTN really partner with companies like these???
