Shady Third Party Reseller. DO NOT TRUST

Was called with an offer to migrate my contract from 2GB per month that I was receiving to 20GB per month at no extra cost and apparently no change to my contract term. Before answering my questions because this seemed too good to be true, the call cut and the salesperson mumbled something about a prorata charge. And then I received an SMS confirming my new order. When trying to get clarification from MTN they couldn’t help me (as usual) and transferred me back to mobiles plus. They also were of no help. In fact their system couldn’t even show what amount my account was going to be debited with. Now I’m not sure if I’m going to get extra charges or as they promised or if it’s a ****. But they’re *****. If you get a call from ANY third party reseller for MTN. DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Hang up immediately!
