Services Sold without Permission

Hi,<br> <br> For some reason my account has been deducted with all random like, phonebox, rescuebox, onebox, safetybox, somu sim, milc, etc and I never agreed to this.<br> <br> Mobile Plus told me to phone each company, cancelling the services and request a refund, why can't they just do it themselves?<br> <br> Please look into this ASAP, I want a answer before end of business today otherwise this will be taken further.<br> <br> Thank you.
