Service provider and network frustrations

In 2015 I was called with regards to an airtime deal of paying R39 for R115 airtime. The payment went through each month. on 24 October 2017 my phone was deactivated with no notice at all from no one. After numerous calls to MTN and Mobilesplus I was told that I have a contract with mobiles plus that I never signed for or got any email or letter. MTN has no information and insist they cant help cause the mtn no I have belong to mobilesplus. After all that's said and done I pay a cancelation fee of R663 to mobilesplus to reactivate my number after 7 days of deactivation. After I send them proof of payment they say I must wait 30 days to re-activate my no. Now how on earth can a mother of a 2 year old stay at home alone with him without a phone for 37 days. It has been difficult for the 7 days. MtN say they cant help they are just the network and Mobilesplus says its an MTN policy to only reactivate after 30 days. For the love of God can someone help me. I spoke to Denver and Clinton at Mobiles plus, which insist that they cant help because its and mtn policy and they cant put me back on prepaid. I spoke to Xolile Dlamini at MTN who insist that mtn is just the network they cant help. How inhumane can these people be, I am so frustrated I can die of it.
