You guys are a **** and I cannot believe that MTN has partnered with you. Your consultants are just there to make the deal no matter what lie they give. How can you lie to a person and tell them that their bill will not change and that they wont be charged extra. You people make me sick. I already tried to save money moving my contact to 36 months and downgraded the package because times are tough just for your consultant to con me. Now I am forced to pay extra that I cannot afford. Bunch of ***s!
