I spoke to a lady named Christina. I had to upgrade my MTN contract in January 2022. I wanted the Note 20 but because it was discontinued, the order she created has to be canceled. I went to the Mtn branch now in March and they are struggling to upgrade my contract because of that order. I've called Mobiles plus several times and they keep saying in 24hrs everything will be fine. Then again it's 72hrs. After that they telling me the problem has been escalated. I'm now canceling my contract with Mtn because I don't have time for *********** people. Just say you don't how to do your job. You are the reason why Mtn will lose out on customers.
