I would suggest that MTN divorce themselves from Mobilesplus. The latter is dishonest and impossible to deal with. They recently contacted me,and as they obviously have the information from MTN, suggested That as I was such a good customer could enjoy further voice and data benefits at NO EXTRA COST. They were requested to confirm the proposed deal by email and advised that I would enjoy a 'cooling off period' of ten days to decide. I have phoned back twice, have spoken to PRAVIN , who undertook to send me the mail timeously - I still await same. When requesting to speak to a supervisor they are not available and he doesn't know who the manager might be
