Poor service from Mobiles Plus and MTN

I took out a MTN LTE contract from Mobiles Plus. I wanted to increase data bundle whereby I was instructed by Mobiles Plus to rather cancel the contract and return the device to MTN Vandeebijlpark. The device was not accepted and was referred to MTN Vereeniging. Once again I was turned away. After numerous mails and Hellopeter reviews I was instructed by Lereese Dunn to return device to MTN Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. Once again the device was not accepted.
