Passed from pillar to post

I am really dissapointed in Mobilesplus. I took out a R39.00 contract and now cannot make calls or receive calls as the other person cannot hear me. I cannot send any sms's as they do not get delivered. I have called the call centre and was passed from pillar to post. Have left numerous messages for Jocelyn. Have called a dozen times yet no one can help me! I want my phone to be reinstated to how it was before Mobilesplus took this contract. It has been over two weeks now and no one has come back to me or even called. I want to make calls and receive calls both international and local. What is the use of my phone now when callers cannot even hear me. I would not recommend Mobilesplus to friends as they firstly change all the settings on your phone and secondly do not load airtime and sms's when they say they would which is the 17th of every month.
