Overcharged Debit order

My monthly bill is normally R118 With MTN and Mobileplus. After Mobileplus renewed my contract in April, I was only supposed to be charged A once off amount of R92 to renew the contract.<br> <br> This month my bill came to R954.97. The contract fee was only suppose to increase to a about R10.<br> <br> I contacted MTN customer care as well as mobile plus but neither company could help me as their systems were apparently down.<br> <br> Mobile plus also said they would contact me regarding the \Rescue Box"which they have added to my account without permission. I have sent e-mails and have had no response since April.<br> <br> I am very upset that they have taken the liberty to debit such a huge amount off my account"
