Order not cancelled, but account still debbited

A consultant, Aldin contacted me in Feb. My bank account was debited but i didnt receive the airtime. I spoke to Laura on 10/04/15 and she assured me that the order Mp-***-0 will be cancelled since I didnt receive airtime. I havent received an sms confirming the cancellation and my account was debited again. Im very unhappy with the situation. And my cell nr must remain mine, since mobilesplus agreed to cancel the order.<br>
