I wrote a report of complaint last week regarding Mobile Plus.The company rep**** by saying that they will be investigating the matter further.I received a call from them on the 19th of Feb asking for my Mother's contact details which I kindly gave to them.To date my Mother has not been contacted but yesterday morning her phone was credited with airtime to the value of R50.00.I request that the company sort this matter out and stop sending my Mother anymore airtime considering that the issue is supposely \under investigation"even though no one from the company is bothering to keep us abreast of any developments or feedback regarding their investigation."""

As confirmed with you on th e19/02/2015 we have logged for a call recoridng to ascertain what was discussed with teh account holder and the sales agent.
As soon as we receive feedback on the call recording we will contact the account holder with full and final resolution.
