I have had a cell phone contract with this company. I have recently changed from bank accounts and struggling to get their banking details in order to change the debit order details. They have suddenly suspended my account and I cannot receive or make any calls. I have send and e-mail as well after numerous phone calls, today my e-mail was read, but no one made any effort to reply on my mail or contact me back regarding the banking details. I would love to pay them, but also need them to get back to me as I urgently need my phone to be activated again.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Cindy Fick
