My simcard still not delivered after i waited

I requested for my simswap to be done at mobilesplus on the 8th January 2016, I was told I needed to wait 30 working days to receive it. To this day(06 March 2016) I still haven't received it, I phoned in several times (last call being on the 27th February) only to be told my request is still being processed.<br> <br> I am very disappointed with their service and I will not recommend them to anyone
