my sim card has been suspended

im so so frustrated and angry. i never took out a contract with this company. i complained a<br> few months back and was advised that someone was going to call me with the recording of the call . im still awaiting that call. yesterday my sim card gets suspended, ive never ever received any airtime from this pathetic company and ive always been on prepaid. im a jobseeker and ive used my number for job applications. i need it reactivated as in now.
