MTN AND QUADRANT ARE FAILERS

Hi i took a contract via Quadrants and what was promised is not what was delivered, i laid coupler complaint with Quadrant complains department and they said i will get a respoence within the next 72hrs (that was 2months ago) and i am still waiting for that responce under till date.
