Mobilesplus not delivering after payment!

I had discovered that my number was no longer on prepaid but was instead held by Mobilesplus- This I was told by my MTN service provider. From this discovery I then began looking to get my number back onto prepaid. I called Mobilesplus and they directed me to pay R420 for this to be done. I paid the money in on the 21st of October already. After the payment I was told the issue would be sorted out, but I have since contacted them twice and nothing has changed!
