MobilesPlus **********ly Representing MTN not delivering phones

I have been upgraded more than Three Weeks ago, through a telephone conversation from a person at MTN corporate but the sms says it is from MobilesPlus. Since then, no phone no communication, no phone. Yesterday Keketso phones from number +***8 saying he is from MTN. I explained the story to him of a possible **** involving Mobiles Puls. Promised to phone me back. Nothing 1May Read this in context of two other complaints related to MTN and Mobiles Plus
