Representatives from Mobilesplus phone and by using deceptive and ********** tactics mislead MTN clients into believing that their contracts were no longer valid or maintained by MTN, and that the facilities have to be 'migrated' as a COURTESY, NO new sign-ups, contracts, etc. They also misrepresent themselves by stating they were phoning from MTN Corporate. Once they have hijacked the MTN contracts of unsuspecting clients they just IGNORE any emails or calls to remedy and rectify the situation even though it was still within the 'cooling off period'. I still have NOT given them permission nor have I agreed to any kind of 'sign-up', 'migration' or 'new contract'.
