Mobilesplus - bad service

I have taken a contract with MTN trough Mobilesplus, all i need is a contract that has the phones IMEI number on it as i need it to verify the phone is under warranty to put a claim trough, i have been requesting this since the end of February . i have called them a few times after and still i have nothing. My broken phone is with Samsung and cannot get it fixed until i provide them with proof this phone is under contract.i have emailed them and the email keeps bouncing back.
