Mobiles Plus

I was contacted by a consultant around the end of June. Was never told they were from Mobiles Plus but rather they mad eit seem as they were form MTN.

They explained that there needed to be changes done to my contract. They then went on to upgrade me on a Sim only contract without my consent. I have till today not received any communication from them with regards to the changes.

I am still paying the same amount as my previous contract with no changes being made and no device upgrade which is a ******* to say the least.

I have tried for months to resolve the matter through MTN but have not received any response from Mobiles Plus and am still waiting two months later for their "investigation" into the matter to be completed.
