MOBILES PLUS CON ARTISTS!

I have had a shocking experience with MOBILES PLUS. They are a company outsourced to by MTN(so MTN need to also stop allowing them to deal with their customers). They sold me a CON contract over the phone saying that I would receive 1Gig of data, plus 150 minutes of talk time etc. It turns out that they have sold a basic contract without data at all! MOBILES PLUS are not sending the cancellation number through to MTN so I cannot get my legitimate upgrade from MTN until that is done. MTN said it would take 24 hours and MOBILES PLUS said I could cancel at any stage or upgrade at any stage. It has now been 4 days without a phone which is my business line! NEVER TRUST ANYONE WHO CONTACTS YOU OVER THE PHONE, THEY ARE SIMPLY CON ARTISTS! If this is not cancelled immediately, I will be opening a case of ***** with the police.
