Mobiles plus are ******

I took out a contract or attempted to did that on 21 november 2018 for R149 after signing up i was told delivery would be in 5-10days i waited and waited and on 30 November 2018 2 debit orders went off but i still dont have the phone. Everytime i called they were offline left me haning or they had loadshedding they always promise to call back and never do so they have taken my money and i dont have a phone me saying im upset is an understatement they are ******!!!!! Dont apply for this contract worse mistake u will make
