I would highly recommend NEVER signing up for ANY contract that Mobile Plus offers. I was called and offered a contract, I stressed while signing up to the consultant that I needed to port my number. After I had received my phone, I then called to port my number and was told that you can't port your number on this contract.

After I threatened the consumer protection act, all of a sudden they could help me. I have been waiting for 2 months to have my number ported only to be told by a manager today that this can take between 3 - 6 months. Me phoning them and enquiring every time, not the other way round. I wish i had never signed up to a 3 YEAR contract with Mobile Plus and MTN. I feel **** too and I fell they misinformed me to get me to sign up to this contract.

I have clients, my banking, email addresses, my entire life that works off this cell phone number. I would NEVER have agreed to sign up to a contract had I have known this would be the process. I will be contacting the consumer protection act and submitting a claim and this is so ********* of this company.

If I want to cancel this contract, the termination fee is to pay out the 3 year contract. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
