Mobile Plus very bad and poor service,

Beware of this company. They introduce themselves as MTN Business say they act on behalf of MTN Bussiness, but I am not that sure. They advise you of upgrades but don't disclose the detail of the upgrade. I agreed to a data contract, but they did not disclose it is a fixed LTE contract that does not work without a specialised modem. I had to run around with MTN for a month, sim swop etcetera and is still stuck. They do not send you documents either to review. For 2 weeks I have been in contact with Mobile Plus contact personnel. They will escalate is the answer I get. Escalation to management does not bear fruit as not Data Plus personnel or management do not act or return calls or emails. Personnel at the contact centre admitted to it. A very bad experience to such a state I do not know where to turn to? Stay away from them
