Mobile Plus ********

Be careful. Mobile Plus telemarketers are very clever and sly and act in contravention of the consumer act. I had a similar experience as many others. Mobile Plus telemarketers never but never mention that they represent their company, but they pretend to be form MTN direct. I have spoken to their call centre who acknowledged the fact that telemarketers have been warned but they still do it. I now have a major task dealing with MTN to cancel everything, as the consumer act allows a 5 day cooling off period. The Mobile Plus operator was to send me an email - nothing recieved. MTN is just as pathetic - not helping me at all
