Mobile plus **********

They phoned me pretending to be MTN themselves and I upgraded my contract. They promised me that I will pay only R99/month, which did not happen, I am charged R1132/month noq. After various calls they confirmed that I was **** to, I got a transcript of the call agents call to me which proved this. Finally Mobile Plus told me that the upgrade was cancelled but MTN has no knowledge of this and they do not help me.
