If you want problems in your life let them assist you with the upgrade of your contract

They are high on promises BUT low on delivery

The call center staff is also not helpful. After I informed them of my intention to cancel the contract which I never received after waiting for three weeks they said it will take 31 working days for the contract the be canceled

Companies like this should not be in business
