MOBILE PLUS - CONTRACT HEADACHE!

I took out a contract with Mobile Plus over two weeks ago under the impression that they are working with MTN. I had already app**** in-store and was pending feedback regarding whether my application was successful or not, when a lady by the name on Nosipho Dlamini (a Mobile Plus consultant) called me to offer me a Huawei P9 Lite for R189/month, when I told her that I have already app**** at an MTN store pending approval, she advised me to go to the store and ask them to cancel my application and have them (Mobile Plus) process it online for me as this will be much quicker. Its my third week now and I have not received the phone, I checked my emails last week and received saw an email stating a confirmation of my order which includes a bunch of subscriptions I did not apply for, amounting to a total of R208, I rep**** to the email for them to cancel and some guy called me today to tell me that they can cancel the subscriptions but not the contract, I would have to call MTN directly, but MTN denies having any business relations with Mobile Plus. In a very short space of time I have suffered at the hands of inconsiderate and ruthless money making schemers, targeting unsuspecting people of their hard earned money. While you are cancelling the subscriptions, can you kindly work out a plan to have that contract cancelled. If there is a little bit of humanity left in you people, I will not be expecting you to debit my account.
