Mobile plus cancel my contract

I have cancel my contract with mobile plus but thy didn't cancel my contract. Pls I need to cancel it. Thy didn't comply to what was promise to me . N when I phoned them to explain its seems thy dont know what is happening. I'm going put my lawyer to then if thy dont cancel my contract
