Mobile Plus are ********, they're not honest.

Appalling service from Mobile Plus. They are ******** who should no be in business.

I've been an MTN user for years, Mobile Plus called to offer me an MTN upgrade since I was due for one, only to find they changed my cellphone number into a data only line and as a result, I have not been able to receive or make phone calls on my cellphone. I cannot begin to explain the frustration this has left me with. My clients are not able to get hold of me, my family can only get hold of me on whatsapp, it's been a nightmare! It's close to 2 months with this issue and all I hear from them is they're waiting for MTN to provide them with a reference number. Don't do any business with Mobile Plus, they are ******** and *****!
