mobile plus 3rd party to mtn

I was offered package by the above 3rd party from MTN,but what they claim to offer was not what i got after changing the package and they were not honest with what it is entail in the package. They did this on the 4th of August and it took them 2 days to migrate the package at the moment it has been now two months trying to get them to cancel the package and i'm not getting joy they are now telling me stories and i cant use my phone anymore . I buy one gig data it doesn't even last me for two days while previously that one gig will last me for a month. They are so ***********, **** for them to close the sale and get profit while its affecting clients budget They are still waiting for recording for a month now that is internal in order resolve my problem. I will advise people never to accept anything from this 3rd party otherwise it will make you bankrupt.
