Misrepresentation as MTN

My MTN contract was due to expire. Mobilesplus phoned, represented themselves as MTN and offered to renew contract without new phone as I requested. Phoned them back the next day to cancel, which they did with confirmation. So my experience with their call centre was actually positive, but I did not appreciate the misrepresentation. Now waiting to see if the order was in fact cancelled as advised.
