Migration under false guise

Please Tell Preniece Padayachaaa to call me back. Apparently Layyen Ramiah is the manager and I cannot be put through to him/her because everyone is too busy to get back to me, it's been a month and no one gives me feedback, I call in twice a week to resolve this Mobilesplus mess up that I did not subscribe to but every month MTN deducts my money, I want my refund for the 1.3k you debited at the end of August, I am taking this matter to the ombudsman because I cannot get any Joy and I have exhausted all my resources, calls and emails.
