Line Suspension on False contract!!!

17 Jun: I got a call from Brandon Monsamy selling me a data contract of 8gb Day, 8gb Night, 2gb Home - Ref: MP-***9-1. 17 Jul: I did not receive the data that was promised as per above and I could not even top up as I was offline and MTN could not assist. 22 Jul: On this day I was still offline and I then contacted Mobileplus, got through to Brandon and explained the issue and he then says the contract is 4gb Day, 4gb Night, 2gb Home. I obviously queried that and requested they go back to their recordings and rectify the issue as at this point I am frustrated as I'm still offline. 02 Aug: I called Mobilesplus again as no one was getting back to me and I spoke to Siphelele Cele - ***. On this call I was told Brandon will call me within 5min as he was on another call and he did not do so. 03 Aug: Called again and got through to Mualisi Shange and now requested they terminate the contract as there has been no resolution to their mess. He cancelled the contract, I received a confirmation SMS and was advised it will be terminated within 5 days and the debited amount end of July will be returned. 31 Aug: I was then debited from my account an amount of R232 which was not even what was agreed upon being R99 but nevertheless shouldn't have been debited at all. Due to all this I did a reversal with my bank as the contract had been cancelled. 16 Sep: Now my line is suspended and for what reason, I don't know as this is supposed to be "cancelled" I have now contacted MTN and they again tell me I have to contact Mobileplus. I've done so and gotten through to Siphelele Cele - *** She says the contract was not cancelled due to their qualifying criteria being "when" it was cancelled being after 7 days. I requested to speak to the manager whom is Nayen Rameyer and I am told he will contact me after 1pm as he is currently not available. On this same call I was advised they went back to the recordings and the contract sold by Brandon was a lie!

I am still waiting and my line is offline / "suspended".

Could someone please assist at soonest with this matter, This line is a dependency on my daily tasks and is hampering with that!
